On Saturday 10 October at 10.30am, the “Eno Bellis” Archaeological Museum will open an exhibition project dedicated to mental health, beauty and shared participation, to mark World Mental Health Day.
The exhibition is the result of a collaboration between the Mental Health Department of ULSS 2 and Ati Altamira – Consorzio Restituire. The photographs were taken by patients and staff of the Mental Health Centres in Mogliano, Oderzo and Villorba, as part of the therapeutic photography workshops led by Dr Alberto Lucchetta. Among the images are some taken at the “Eno Bellis” Museum itself: a reflection of the journey they have undertaken, and an invitation to discover how photography and beauty can become tools for care, expression and participation.
