Biblioteca Ostinata and the Sormani Prota Giurleo Foundation (ETS) are participating in the Twenty-Second Giornata del Contemporaneo, promoted by AMACI, with a group exhibition of artist’s books. The participating artists are: Alice Bellati, Giulio Calegari, Claudia Canavesi, Loretta Cappanera, Nicole Capparelli, LeoNilde Carabba, Lamberto Caravita, Margherita Cavallo, Fernanda Fedi, Gretel Fehr and Anna Aurenghi, Mavi Ferrando, Attilia Garlaschi and Massimo Ballabio, Roberto Gianinetti, Gino Gini, Tiziana Grassi, Alicia Iglesias, Ruggiero Maggi, Mintoy, Silvia Paladini, Antonella Prota-Giurleo, Stefano Soddu and Miklos N. Varga, Dorilena Veneziani, Rosanna Veronesi and Davide Viscardi.
The event will take place on Saturday, October 10, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Biblioteca Ostinata (Via Osti 5, Milan; Metro Blue Line, Sforza Policlinico stop). During the afternoon, there will be spoken presentations by Lucia Alves—who will read Dentro de um Abraço by Jota Quest—and Giulio Calegari, who will speak on the theme of The Book Artist and the Artist’s Book. Musical performances will be provided by Darius Matei Poleacec (clarinet), Alisha Pepa (violin), Marta Villa (guitar), and Anna Viktoria Sokach (vocals and guitar).
