The exhibition forms part of the Transiti project and the programme of the 2026 Festival dei Cammini di Romagna, offering an art trail across several venues: the former convent at Via Antonio Masironi 3, the Giuseppe Ugonia Civic Museum, the Dalmonte Gallery and outdoor spaces throughout the historic village.
Curated by Mauro Pipani and organised by the Municipality of Brisighella in collaboration with the local Pro Loco association, the exhibition will remain open to visitors until 16 October.
The exhibition brings the artistic explorations and works of Alessandra Bonoli, Mirta Carroli, Antonella Ravagli, Felice Nittolo and Stefano Mazzotti into dialogue with the town’s historic architecture.
Matter is explored as a site of memory, form and visual transformation: the sculptural practices of Bonoli, Carroli and Ravagli investigate symbolism and geometric balance, while the works of Nittolo and Mazzotti explore the evolution of contemporary mosaic, freeing the tessera from its purely decorative role and transforming it into rhythm and a mass in its own right.
