To mark Contemporary Art Day—an event organized by AMACI (Association of Italian Museums of Contemporary Art), now in its 22nd edition and dedicated this year to the theme “Geographies of Contemporaneity”—MACRO is offering a program of free guided tours.
At 4:00 p.m., a guided tour will take visitors on a journey through *Sguardo rovescio*, the first major exhibition dedicated by an Italian museum to Marialba Russo, which traces her artistic exploration of the 1970s—spanning artistic practice, visual anthropology, and social observation. At 5:00 p.m., a second tour is dedicated to *Ciò che mi guarda* (What Looks Back at Me), the first major museum retrospective in Italy of Miriam Cahn’s work, which brings together over one hundred works spanning some of the central themes of her practice: the body, violence, desire, vulnerability, and war.
