INTERFERENCE is a group exhibition bringing together twelve women artists whose practices investigate the body, identity and perception in the age of digital technologies. Through video art, installation, virtual reality, artificial intelligence and performative practices, the exhibition explores how human experience is continuously mediated, transformed and redefined by technological systems. The title INTERFERENCE evokes a space of disruption and overlapping: between the physical and digital body, presence and simulation, memory and image, individual identity and technological systems. Throughout the exhibition, the body emerges as a sensitive and political territory—a site of transformation and negotiation within a present increasingly mediated by images.
Bringing together different generations, artistic languages and international perspectives, INTERFERENCE foregrounds predominantly female practices and creates unexpected dialogues between them. Rather than offering a single interpretation of the relationship between humans and technology, the exhibition opens a critical and poetic space in which to question emerging forms of contemporary perception.
