“Segni di Calma” (Signs of Calm) is led by Silvia Dalla Dea. It is a method that guides participants from anger to a state of calm through free drawing, without the fear of the blank page; no drawing skills are required—all you need is paper, a pencil, your hands, and your mind. Drawing is good for you!
The method is a project conceived and created by Silvia Dalla Dea. With an artistic background, she focuses on painting and experiments with various techniques, boasting a portfolio that includes publications, catalogs, and awards.
She has been conducting art workshops for over twenty-five years.
She is the creator and promoter of the “Segni di Calma” method and manual.
