During the 22nd Contemporary Art Day, the Fondazione Galleria Milano archive is hosting a screening of the film “Alik Cavaliere,” directed by Raffaele Andreassi in 1977 (16 mm, 37′; copy courtesy of the CSC-Cineteca Nazionale). Seated in his studio, the artist discusses his works from those years, highlighting not only his focus on the natural elements that made him famous but also a distinct and previously unseen interest in everyday life and the exploration of space.
Three screening sessions are scheduled:
1) from 4:00 p.m. to 4:45 p.m.
2) from 5:00 p.m. to 5:45 p.m.
3) from 6:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.
You can reserve a spot by emailing: info@fondazionegalleriamilano.it
Afterward, visitors will have the opportunity to explore the exhibition “Journey Around a Table: Alik Cavaliere and Vincenzo Ferrari,” on view at the Foundation until November 13th.
