DIBA is participating in the 22nd AMACI Contemporary Art Day

On the occasion of the 22nd Contemporary Art Day promoted by AMACI (Association of Italian Contemporary Art Museums), DIBA extraordinary opens its doors to the public with a special program dedicated to creativity, art, and new design visions.
From 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, visitors will have the exclusive opportunity to explore the evocative artist rooms created by Valentina Colella, Edolo Masci, Gabriele Picco, and Giuseppe Stampone. Accompanying the audience along the tour will be Piera Di Nicolantonio, the artistic director of the space, who will guide visitors through the discovery of the artworks and the conceptual vision of the layout, where every room transforms into an immersive itinerary. The tour will conclude in the gallery, a versatile exhibition area hosting temporary shows and events, currently showcasing a focus on the works of the sculptor Mario Costantini.
The day will also feature the presentation of a completely unprecedented Design project, born from the collaboration with Valentina Colella, Gino Di Paolo, and Edolo Masci. An initiative that bears witness to DIBA’s commitment to converging visual arts and hospitality, creating cross-pollinations and original expressive languages.
Finally, the event will host the presentation of photographs from the AIR*M – artist in residency * mountain program, specifically from the edition held right at DIBA. The shots by Gino Di Paolo document the unique experience of the creatives involved: Vittoria Cosenza, Giulia Fois, Giampaolo Parrilla, Rosanna Pezzella, and Monica Venuti, who for a week lived and stayed in tents directly in the garden of the exhibition space, creating a symbiotic bond and a daily interaction with the surrounding environment.
You are warmly invited to attend and celebrate contemporary art together.
