“Impressions of Connection” is a graphic art project that explores the traces of human relationships, memory, and cultural exchange formed between different people, places, and artistic environments.
The project originates from the creative dialogue established during the International Symposium held in Etchmiadzin, Armenia, in 2022, where Armenian and Italian artists came together through a shared artistic experience. Although the symposium ended and the participants returned to their respective countries, the connection created during this encounter continued to exist through communication, memory, and further artistic exchange. In 2025, Italian artists returned to Etchmiadzin to participate in a new creative process, reaffirming and expanding the cultural dialogue that had begun earlier. In 2026, this connection enters a new stage through the presentation of my first solo exhibition in Italy.
The exhibition is conceived not only as an individual artistic presentation but also as a continuation of a long-term creative relationship that has developed through shared experiences, encounters, and cultural exchange. Through the language of graphic art, “Impressions of Connection” explores how human encounters leave traces that continue to exist beyond geographical distance and time.
