Sparks. One Spark. Infinite Connections.

For the 22nd AMACI Contemporary Art Day, Villa Gaia transforms into a laboratory for artistic experimentation with the multidisciplinary project “Scintille. Una scintilla. Infinite connessioni” (Sparks. One Spark. Infinite Connections). Curated by Ada Eva Verbena, the initiative celebrates the cross-pollination of art forms through a packed and dynamic program. At its core are the presentations “Scintille di Forme e Colori” (Sparks of Shapes and Colors) and “Parole in Giardino” (Words in the Garden)—a synesthetic experience combining the visual power of art with an intimate poetry reading. The dialogue between artistic languages expands throughout the day with the “Voci all’Unisono” (Voices in Unison) performance, music workshops in collaboration with Unitre Pavia, and screenings from the “Festival del Cine Design” curated by María De Fátima Augusto. The event also explores roots and identity through “Folklore nel cuore26,” a Tarantella performance featuring bespoke costumes by Rosa Verbena. The sensory journey is set to the live jazz notes of Rino Tammaro D’Errico, leading the audience to the closing event, “Speciale Bellezza con ECLAT – Pavia.” It is a free event, open to all, offering a chance to explore the boundaries of contemporary creativity.
