New Geometries of Existence: Antonio Della Guardia

On Saturday, 10 October, Antonio Della Guardia will lead a guided tour of the works on display at Fundación Proa21 as part of the project Nuove Geometrie di Esistenza (New Geometries of Existence), winner of the 14th edition of the Italian Council call for proposals. The exhibition brings together works stemming from the artist’s exploration of the constraints imposed by contemporary forms of work on the body, cognitive processes and the most intimate spheres of private life. His research focuses on the impact of specific models of work on individuals and on the wider community. Through the installations, photographs and performances presented in the exhibition, Della Guardia investigates imaginative forms of resistance and processes of reappropriation and re-existence.
