The series represents one of the key tools through which Italia 2050. Centro di ricerca per l’arte italiana 1950–2050 develops its research and study activities. The volumes stem from the Museo MA*GA’s initiatives and reflect a vision of the contemporary art museum as a place of research, capable of questioning art history while also opening up to new interpretations and possible narratives.
Through i Quaderni, the Research Centre also seeks to engage with the present, tracing the transformations of contemporary artistic languages and contributing to the development of a possible vision of the future. The series is edited by Emma Zanella and Alessandro Castiglioni.
