The exhibition offers an opportunity to rediscover one of the foremost interpreters of twentieth-century Italian printmaking, an artist capable of combining, through rigorous technical virtuosity, a deeply personal poetic sensibility. In her etchings, the landscape, monumental trees, water, gardens, and architecture become places of memory and contemplation, images suspended between the observation of nature and reflection on time.
